"7 Minutes to Unconditional Love"*

Many years ago, I was given the insight ...

Unconditional Love is an Act of Will Empowered by Spirit.

Except then, I didn't understand how UNCONDITIONAL LOVE could be an ACT OF WILL.
I thought it had to be a feeling that arose spontaneously from within.

Part of me "wanted" the feeling or state of being of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE because the animals have taught me that Unconditional Love is the True Nature of the Universe and because I have felt such extraordinary unconditional love from the animals. But another part of me had trouble believing that I could spontaneously feel unconditional love. It seemed mostly "impossible", "out of range", for me. I felt myself to be too busy in mind and too judgemental in personality. Was it possible for others to feel it? Yes. Me? No. Part of me resisted because, I reasoned, if I loved everything unconditionally, then I must be really clueless as to what's really going on in this world. When I DID experience moments in which I believed it was possible, I was sure it would be MORE possible to feel it for others, than to feel it for myself.

But there are people who DO FEEL and who DO RADIATE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. I sought out true HUMAN gurus, to be in their Presence and take energetic shapshots of how they did it! I NOTICED that TRUE spiritual gurus emit an energy of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. I also noticed that ALL TRUE SPIRITUAL GURUS have a discipline of spiritual practice.

So perhaps, I reasoned, their PRACTICE created the ACT of WILL???

Inspired by this question, I came to believe there HAD to be a process humans could do, that would allow the setting of Will (Intention), to create the experience of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE in ourselves and to radiate it to others.

There is.

All it takes is an Act of Will to do a 7-minute exercise for 7 days.

And doing it is free.

And when you do it, even for 7 days, you'll find the most amazing, magical improvements showing up in your lives.

It costs nothing but a few minutes a day, a willingness to practice, and a desire and determination to stick to it no matter what for at least just 7 days.

7 Minutes to Unconditional Love!


Here's the Program:

Daily Morning Exercise: -- To be done as close to first thing in the morning as possible. I drink a glass of water first.

  • Go to www.onepeacefulfield.com. Look on the top left and click on Products. When the drop-down list appears, click on the Demo for Mood Elevation. A page will load. You'll see Click here and try it FREE. What you're about to experience is a PATHS** program called Mood Elevation Increase Happiness and Joy. It's FREE.
  • If you have stereo headphones, use them for this. If not, just turn the sound down a bit.
  • You will be invited to select a color. Either select whichever one you like, or, select the yellow or the white. I'll explain why to use either of these two colors shortly.
  • Look on the top right of your screen. You'll see a "kinesthetic slider." Adjust it to whatever feels most comfortable for you. I put mine all the way to the right.
  • Click on BACKGROUND on the top right (below the kinesthetic slider) to remove the background image. I'll explain shortly.
  • Soon you'll see an orb of the color you've chosen breathing, pulsing, enlarging and reducing in size in the center of your screen. Watch the moving orb and the screen with relaxed eyes. Listen to the sounds. If you see questions pop up on the screen, answer them as you feel to.
  • Relax your body. While you are watching, feeling, and listening, imagine a cell in your body. Send unconditional love to your cell.

    If you're not sure how to send love to a cell ...

    LET'S TALK ABOUT CELLS.

    If you're like me, you may have been hearing the words "every cell of your body" or "at the cellular level" for a very long time. What does that really mean? I decided to find out.

    I found a diagram of a human cell.



    Well, okay, that's what a human cell's parts look like. At first I wasn't aligned with a human cell being beautiful.

    So I looked for a representation of a cell that to me evoked a sense of wonder and beauty. I found one:





    Then I felt, well, human cells are alive and moving. That's wondrous. What would that look like? And I found ...





    And I mentally joined the image of the beautiful cell and the moving cell.

    NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT SENDING UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

    How to send UNCONDITIONAL LOVE ... ISN'T THAT WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT???

    Yep, it is.

    A way of doing this that worked for me, was to combine two remembered feelings: first, I remembered the absolute love I've felt for animals and received from beloved animal friends, most recently, Mr. Smudge, and I in-filled with it completely. Second, I remembered the feeling of total love felt in the presence of Very Holy People, especially Sathya Sai Baba and Ammachi, when I was in their Presence, and I in-filled myself with that. I mixed these two feelings, and sent them to the image of the cell. then I imagined the cell to be inside my body.


    Next, I remembered that the human body depending on size has been 10 and 100 trillion cells. I felt to imagine mine as having 50 trillion cells. I asked the cell I was imaging, to relay the feelings I had just directed to it, to all the other cells in my body. I noticed it started to happen immdiately. I noticed I was starting to feel full of the love I was sending. I could feel it radiating throughout my entire body. I found myself smiling.

  • Once you feel you've created the right feeling and you've aimed it at each of these amazing individual cells all doing their utmost to benefit the whole (you), then imagine that energy ... the UNCONDITIONAL LOVE ... as a Gold Light, which has now completely saturated every part of you, every single one of your 10 - 100 trillion cells. The way I did this, I already hinted at when I suggested a color choice and to remove the background graphic on the Free Demo screen. I chose either the "white" colored sphere or the "yellow" colored sphere on onepeacefulfield.com, and I clicked on "background" on the top right, to remove the background graphic on the screen ... I imagined that THE ORB I was seeing on the screen was a breathing, vibrating, healthy, wonderful, beautiful cell ... in either white light bordered by Gold, or Yellow-Gold Light ... So I used the color on the screen to help me image and send the color to my own moving body cells.



  • After you've sent the YELLOW-GOLDEN LIGHT of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE to ALL THE CELLS of YOUR body, next, imagine that Gold Light starting to expand out, filling the room or space you're in (for me, at first, it was my bedroom), then the building (for me, it was my house), then your geographical or regional area (for me, the state of New Jersey), then perhaps your country (for me, the United States), then your continent (for me, North America), then the world (for me, planet earth), then the Universe, and finally, YOUR DAY AHEAD. LOVE that Friday or Monday or whatever day it is, UNCONDITIONALLY. LOVE that day ahead, regardless of what you feel it holds for you.

    If the module is still running after you've done this (it wasn't for me the first few times, I had to practice), take that Power ... that UNCONDITIONAL LOVE ... and aim it at one situation/issue/person you've been concerned about. Remember, keep the Love UNCONDTIONAL.


    Say for example, I was worried about a home appliance breakdown (which just happened), or what would happen when the service technician arrived (since the last one who came here I remembered as a disaster), and the outcome of the repairman's visit including the technician's skill level and the overall repair costs and would I have to replace the appliance? I would send this Power, this Unconditional Love, and tune into the feeeeeeeeling that I LOVED that appliance and the repair process and the technician and the billing process ... regardless of the result. Even if the result I was worried about occurred, that I would have to replace the appliance, I loved it, and I loved that person and that situation ... JUST FOR EXISTING (and it will ALWAYS -- as long as you keep that love Unconditional no matter what happens ... it will ALWAYS turn out "good", even if it's not the "good" you imagined. It may be something you'd never have thought of).

    If you haven't done this before, it might sound impossible or far-fetched, but I assure you it is ABSOLUTELY possible. It only takes practice. It's as impossible as learning to walk, or learning to ride a bicycle, or to drive a car, or to swim ... or anything else that at first seems too hard ... it just takes practice. I finally GOT it on the 5th day.

  • Now, go back to www.onepeacefulfield.com. Click on Products on the top left. When the drop-down box appears, click on the for Increased Synchronicity. A page will load. You'll see Click here and try it FREE! What you're about to experience is a PATHS** program called Increased Synchronicity - Amplified Awareness. Do the same you did for the (FREE) Demo for Mood Elevation. This time, once you've sent the Unconditional Love to your cells, try aiming UNCONDITIONAL LOVE at something else -- a loved one, or another issue that's concerning you. Remember, it's UNCONDITIONAL -- the Power is in the UNCONDITIONAL part.

    When you slip off the bicycle seat of Unconditional Love and feel an attachment to a particlar outcome, your bike has fallen over ... you need to straighten it up again! Focus on the UNCONDITIONAL -- love whatever or whoever it is just for existing! Regardless of any outcomes!!! You'll feel the difference Physically!


    This is your Daily Exercise. It will only take about 7 minutes. Each Free Demo Module is about 3 minutes long. The modules will help you with focus, as well as MANY other benefits you get from them ... and they will help you create and amplify your Unconditional Love.
    7 Minutes to UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

    THEN:

    For 7 days, each day when you are doing the 2 FREE demos and the UNCONDITIONAL LOVE IMAGINING, make the commitment to change the way you react to things ... just for these 7 days. So, when it feels difficult, remind yourself, "Okay, it's just for 7 days. Then I'll go back to reacting the old way."

    Know that at the end of 7 days, if you want to, you can just go back to your old ways. But of course, if you want to continue the new way, then you can choose to do that, too.


    So, here's how you'll react differently for these 7 days:


    When something happens that upsets you, frustrates you, worries you, or even just mildly irritates you ... even something like "It's pouring down rain and it's supposed to be dry here today, and it's miserable weather and it's supposed to be nice and I have to clean up my yard for winter and rake my leaves and this is the only day I have to do it in the next two weeks AND the leaf collection people are coming in 3 days," and your initial and instinctual reaction might be "Oh, for goodness sake! What am I going to do now? I have to clean up this yard and I don't have any other time to do it and if I don't I'll miss the leaf collection!" ... At this point, you're going to catch yourself, conjour up that UNCONDITIONAL LOVE you practiced this morning, conjour it up for ONE CELL first, then ALL your cells ... or if something else works for you, for example, at first I conjoured it up for my dog, Mr. Smudge ... you could conjour it up first for your animal or other loved one, or an activity you love .. whatever tunes you in .. and then AIM it at the weather and the yard-clean-up activity and your schedule and the leaf collection schedule ... It only takes a moment.

    Change your language from "What am I going to do now?" to "I love you" ... with a smile on your face! A sense of humor helps. You can use McD's jingle, "I'm lovin' it".


    Do this with EVERYTHING that comes up in your day. And whenever you think of it (you could put a post-it reminder for yourself on the back of the bathroom door, your computer monitor, the refrigerator, or your cell phone), focus UNCONDITIONAL LOVE on ALL your cells. Practice it, and become familiar with the feeling ... you'll feel it PHYSICALLY when you've "got it"!

    FINALLY ...

    Think of something that would make you beside yourself with excitement. For example, winning the lottery, a date with a certain person, a specific opportunity (mine is to be in loving relationship and in mutually supportive community in a beautiful location and offering extraordinarily powerful and effectve energetic healing services to animals and people, while feeling joyful abundance and financial peace) ... the type of thing that, if it happened today, not only would you be ecstatic, but when you woke up tomorow morning and remembered it, you'd have that experience all over again! The sort of thing that you would remind yourself of during the day because it would be so incredible you'd have to remind yourself that it is real!


    Pick a phrase that you would use in this case ... like, "I've won the lottery" or "Peter's asked me out" or "I got that contract" or mine: "Oh, my heavens, I'M LIVING MY DREAM!!!" ... and whatever it is, practice saying it, and conjouring up the feeling of excitement that you would genuinely get in that situation.

Again, this takes practice. Sometimes the feeling will be spot on and sometimes you won't be able to conjour it up. Just keep practicing it. When you get it, you'll feel it Physcially ... and it will be too much to keep up for very long at first. But with practice, you'll be able to extend the time. Do this whenever you think of it, and it will eventually become a habit ... and you'll see then what the result is ... it is becoming a HABIT to vibrate in the same frequency with what you want ... it is becoming a HABIT to vibrate in sync with exactly the feeeeeling you want to achieve ... and then ... (and this is from my own VERY powerful experience) ... even while you're waiting for that specific desire to manifest, things you'd never have imagined will appear ... which ALSO cause you to have that EXACT same reaction!!!! It really is magic!

Here are some tips:

  • Practice, practice, practice. It really does take practice. It helps to remember learning something else that took practice, like riding a bicycle, or driving a car, or playing an instrument, or learning a sport ... and sometimes you'll get it and sometimes you won't. But the key is: the times you don't get it. . . recognize that it's exactly like learning to ride a bicycle. When you go a few yards and fall off ... do you give up and decide you can't ride a bike or that it's impossible to stay upright on two wheels anyway? or do you pick up the bike and just keep practicing until it becomes muscle memory? I promise you that is exactly what will happen with this ... it will become Muscle Memory and you will eventually find yourself doing it automatically!!!
  • When "bad" things happen during your day ... aim that Power at them. But remember, it's UNCONDITIONAL ... so don't expect the 'bad" things to turn out right ... just Love them ... and as mentioned before, tune into that Power by using your cells or a loved one or an animal friend or a pet, then, once you've got that feeling and you're tuned into it, THEN aim it at whatever the issue is.
  • REMEMBER ... things are often not what they appear. During this experiment, just because something appears to be 'bad" doesn't mean it is ... I've found that EVERYTHING, even the "bad" stuff, turns out to be good, or, nothing to worry about.
  • Post your progress on my Facebook page, or on my blog especially for this process, www.voiceforallcreatures.com, and ESPECIALLY, post your challenges. When I was given/granted awareness of this process, I KNEW INSTANTLY THAT IT WOULD WORK ... and EVEN THEN ... it still took me TWO FULL WEEKS to do it even for the first time!!! When you feel like not starting, or in giving up, before you do, just post, and you'll receive support and encouragement. It's only 7 Minutes and it's only for 7 days, so see if you can stick it out for at least a week, and see what happens!
