Dr. Liz - Jill, my first thought is that it might be actually good. Sometimes when a body is healing, certain situations appear to be aggravated...but actually it's good, because the body is strong enough to handle stuff on its own.

Dr. Liz - Maggie, it depends. The Rife is like a sledgehammer. The SCIO never sledgehammers anything. But if you want to make a very strong difference very quickly, the Rife will do it.

Dr. Liz - A major difference is, the Rife is a simplex connection, meaning, it receives no feedback from the one receiving the energetics. The SCIO is a full duplex loop, meaning, it is in constant connection with the one receiving the energy, as well as the facilitator.

Dr. Liz - Also, with the Rife, it is far more important to make sure the facilitator him-herself, clears the channels and pathways for drainage, because the body can be overloaded very quickly and this can cause trouble for the receiver.

Many times, I've noticed, people have a way that they think the "good" "should" look, and if it doesn't look that way, or if they aren't in the right emotional state, or whatever, then, they resist, or don't allow, the good.

maggie - Yes I have been discovering that many people have misinterpreted or misunderstood the prophesies in the Bible (which are basically negative to predict disease, wars, etc) and they don't understand that these are just warnings so we can change it, etc, like with our scio - and not meant to be self-fulfilled! but they see it as meant to be, and accept it - and those prophesies dont really indicatee god is good - so I have been trying to discuss a more clear interpretation that serves us, etc

Dr. Liz - Jill, there's a strong argument against "thinking too much." It can interfere with the infilling of sacred energy.

GirlyGirls - I have made deserving affirmations, and when what I affirmed was quickly fulfilled, I instantly got a tightness in my chest, like, Oh No, this cannot come to me. ARRRGGHH!! I can't release that tightness!!

jane - It's hard to "let go" of a lifetime of negative conditioning - for so many of us out here.

Jill4201 - My Fiance is like he had a rough time growing up so for him he sees the negative first in every situation
Dr. Liz - I look back on my life and see that I've had "negativity" as an issue off and on for a long time. It's not pretty, I'm certainly not particularly happy about it LOL but it's what's so. My "truth" so to speak.

Dr. Liz - So a challenge for me, is to become aware of it and let it go. Breathing, meditation, qigong, cultivating an attitude of good natured observation, all seem to help.

jane - You can "train" yourself to stop and think every time you have a negative thought - STOP and think gratitude or something else positive.

maggie - Part of why I was addressing those issues in my book is that while we are doinng great to learn to release the negativity, I think we are being affected subconsciously by the world around us, globally, and so I was addressing how it trickles down to affect us.. and that there is a shift going on in the world.. for the positive right now, which is good :)

jane - You start to really listen to other people and what kind of comments they make and if they are positive or negative - that also helps for me to stop and think about what I say before I say it - is it positive or negative? Writing is the same - am I making a negative statement or a positive statement? I do believe this affects others - we all affect each other - one person at a time...
