Dee&JHB - i know my dog Jake and cat Henry healed my husband...there energy lifted him from a low place after ZOe & Phoebe died
Dr. Liz - The rescue Sheltie I adopted 7 years ago, was very helpful to Tanuka when Tanuka was nearing the end of his life. He guided him around, translated his world for him, helped him move up and down stairs, stayed with him when he was eating, and made sure he was companioned when he was sleeping.

Charlene - My 81 year old mother just adopted Violet - a guinea pig about a week after her beloved cat of 18 years passed- this little creature has brought so much joy into her life!

Dr. Liz - What we're observing, is, that another way of "healing" us, is helping us in our grief ... helping bring new animals into our lives!

Charlene - I think they know that we often need another fur friend to hlelp heal our hearts...I don't think we are not honoring our loved ones that have passed by adoting another so soon.
Joanne - Oh Jill, your grief is so raw. It is so hard. Remember though she is sending you her love even now.

Joanne - Dr. Liz, I had a very unusual experience. Cappi's totem was the red tailed hawk. I was very sick. One came to me in spirit to heal me. Cappi would also sit on my lap with his heart next to mine.
Dr. Liz - Frequently, when we are upset, they stay with us, or come to us to find us, to give us "presence", to feel better!
Dee&JHB - Dr Liz- BTW- i think the Bach's are helping Bustopher a lot...he's much more brave...but what can I give him to calm him when eating..he gulps down his food, then goes for Henry's food...like he's not getting enough

Dee&JHB - i thikn his hoarding is a result of the open community shelter feedings he has for 3 months at the shelter before i found him
Joanne - Dee, Bear's like that. I found out he was a wolf in in prior life and starved to death after he was hurt in an encounter with a real bear.

Charlene - after she has eaten- she goes to Stormy's bowl and stals some food from him... he lets her do it!!

Marge - My Cozon had a great sense of humor, ... if a horse next to him was eating grain out of that horse's feed tray, Cozon would reach over and quickly pull the tray in front of him and then stand there as innocent as if somebody else did it! It was hilarious! LOL, LOL

Dr. Liz - I also know of dolphins who are used to heal autism, and Pet Therapy programs in hospitals and other health centers, that help heal us!

Your transformation was beautiful to behold!

Dr. Liz - Joanne, sometimes I feel the animals who are bred for meat, in former lives, were people who either ate meat or DID the breeding!
Dee&JHB - I guess, in a way, they are making a statement too...to those who are activists for their cause
